Horrible customer service, no information, no detail!
I have paid 25 euros for easyname yet in return got nothing. Plus I had to submit a few documents including my id number etc, which THEY DID NOT MENTION BEFORE THE PURCHASE! It has been 4 days, yet no answer from the customer service. I suggest you to waste your money on something more valuable if you are insist of paying for a domain website.

fast and nice support
I had to ask a few questions to the support and they were rly nice and responded via mail on the same day, even the same hour. Although this is new ground for me it was easy to use. Prices are ok! I will give only 3 stars in features because let's encrypt isn't support yet as their support man told Me.

Terrible support
We tried to used Easyname for some domain transfers, almost with every domain we got in problems, as processes are not automated. Support is reachable only limited time and only by phone and email. If you write email it takes few days to get answer. I would not recommend their service...
