Iive had issues off & on regarding accessing my website. Others can access, but im lcked out. I must say that the response time this go round was even quicker than before (and before was great.)

The technical support staff is always very responsive and always fixes the problem, even when I created the problem!

Energized IT offer a competitive rate for hosting my e-mail service. I find it difficult - being in the UK - to not be able to discuss issues with some one on the phone. Raising a ticket means a time delay. On this ocasion an incorrect assumption was made about why my e-mail was not working, which took up my time trying to sort out. Eventually Energized IT got to the bottom of the issue, which was nothing to do with their hosting or Outook. Any IT - especially e-mail issues - make me very anxious and I'm immediately out of my depth, so delays while various options are suggested isn't ideal.

My hosting was transferred to this company. Somehow a website had had its domain deleted. They managed to resuscitate the site on a different domain withiin 24 hours, with good communication

We experienced a lot of spamming (honestly our fault since our public request form didn't have captcha so robots were hammering us) and Mark was really quick to assist and resolve the problem (despite the big time difference since we are in Africa). He is always very helpful and we are really pleased to be hosted by Energized since Mark took over. Truly grateful to have such a reliable hosting company - keep up the good job!
