This is my first site with Fastcomet. Their supportive team is brilliant. I haven’t got fast and excellent service like this with any hosting company I have worked with. For any new comer I highly recommend Fastcomet hosting.

The support and service offered at FastComet is second to none. The reply to a ticket is fast and courteous and if you are a novice such as me have no fear because these guys will fix and repair even if you made the mess. Every support person that has handled my tickets has been fast, courteous and has setup my entire request.

I highly recommend! Great administration interface, unbelievable service support. They practically do not turn down any request, even if it concerns client's own messed-up settings, and they have solved ALL my tickets within max 10-20 minutes, at any time of the day/night.

I discovered Cheap and Awesome Ghost hosting with FastComet. Honestly it seemed too good to be true. Not only the starting plan was very competitive ($2.99 a month), these guys pay for your domain name, store your data on SSD, provide fast CDN and have 24x7 technical support. It was very tempting so I clicked on Live chat button and see if someone actually reply to me. Well, right away someone said Hi and quickly answered all my questions - I was sold at this point and decided to give it a try. 30 minutes later I got my account running, created my brand new and shiny personal domain boristyukin.com and opened two support tickets with additional questions about Ghost installation. I did not really expect someone to get back to me right away but they did! Not only that, they helped me to finish my setup and pointed me to the very well written tutorials on their web-site. All took an hour at best.

A couple days later I opened a few more tickets to them (one to enable SSH and another one to help with email setup) - all were answered within 10 minutes . I would like to thank FastComet guys here - Hi Michael P, Daniel Lee and Anthony Evans! I have never ever got this type of service from so inexpensive hosting and it is great to know that I can get help when I need it.
