Stay away from HawkHost! They promise many things but they provide nothing!

1. They say their help is 24/7 which is a complete lie, they never reply to threads for days and some times they don't even bother helping people out.

2. Their affiliate system is a complete scam, I suggested hosting to 4 people and I have got a commission for only one sale, while their customer support refused to give me any commission for the sales i have done.

3. Lastly, they promise 99% uptime, which is a lie! Their uptime is hardly 50%!!!!!

I've paid for annual hosting package. They took money & never setup hosting plan for me. Then they have come to me & asked for ID, which is very personal and I never give third-party websites. I've given phone number & asked to call me so that we could talk there. They called me & my country fraudulent and have not even given explanation. Now it's been 48 hours and not giving me refund!

THEY TOOK MONEY, DID NOT GIVE ME SERVICE & NOT REFUNDING

WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER.

Hawkhost getting worst day by day. Today our two domains getting 503 errors for last 24 hours and no solution from their end.

I needed an urgent server for my client. I have paid through paypal in Germany. Hawkhost hold the payment and asked for verification. I have provided all documents but they have asked for further documents. I have even submitted my government , which is something I don't like to submit to 3rd party websites. But they are always asking new documents, without explantatiom of why previous asked documents are not enough. So, I have decided to cancel it. The customer service is very slow and unprofessional. I found much better services with Godaddy. Hosting accounts often requires assistance from customer service, so an inefficient and unprofessional customer service is not acceptable.

Very poor service by Hawk Host. after selling no service and no one responsible to resolve the problem

The hosting services (shared) are ok. For the price, don't expect anything great with exceptional response times. It works, just don't use it for anything business critical.
The billing, however, is almost fraudulent. They keep charging your card even after you removed it from their system!
When contacting the support, they kept telling that I performed the payment "manually", which is not true at all.
