Dedicated support staff who always willing to help. Since October 22 don't remember that server ever have problem. Server is fast as well dedicated supporting staff they have Thanks Shivam for kind support. Who is new in web hosting must try atleast once. Hosting Mella

Fast server and supporting staff

They have fast servers and my site is much faster than my previous host which was more expensive... Uptime 99.99% up to 100% and fast support responses. I only once experienced an issue with mail forwarding and they were there to solve it for me in minutes. Aside from this no issues. I am their client since Feb23

Reliable and user friendly in low price

User friendly and reliable at best price. They have also 24*7 supporting staff. Thanks Ritika for prompt response and guided in best way. Will definitely must thanks to other staff not remembering name but were really perfect.

Support is excellent

Hosting Mella interface is very easy to use for new users like me. When I bought the hosting package, I also received a free domain, which I didn't expect. But most importantly, there is call & whatsApp support with very response This point is very superior compared to other parties. When a problem occurs, there is always someone for me to contact to find out and solve the problem so I don't worry.

Dont buy any service from Hosting Mella they are fraud

Dont buy hosting from hostingmella they are fraud... They will scam your website after it got high DA and backlinks. they dont give proper response... starting they give you response from after 2-3 months they will ignore you

Better experiance

Customer and hosting service support too better than other's on time. Calling the customer service agent and get the solution of your queries and an inconvenience of service productivity matters is much better.but the ticket rising service is very poor they takes many days to solve the problem without any notice. to make your queries ticket service then other platforms. But I give you a thumbs up of your WhatsApp and calling customer service agent responsible support.

100% fraud company. they don't reply properly or solve any issue after getting money. they have return policy but they never return. service is worst. very often site are down. some time more then 10 hr some time they took 3 days to change a simple dns and ssl. worst service ever. i have all the proof. i challang Hosting mella to prove me wrong. if they don't return my money i will go for cybercrime for their scam. thy are cheating so many people. never trust them. i have proof if you want.
