hi, i've recently switched all my personal and business hosting over to Kualo. It's a breath of fresh air, their customer service is ridiculously good! It really is superb, they are very kind and very responsive. Add in free transfer of websites and email addresses + their ethical SOPs (100% green + free for nonprofits), and they get a 10/10 for me!
Hi, I tried 4 other hosting that all said they could help me get certain software installed and working properly. They all failed. Also some of the others had fake 24/7 support where they said things like "we're investigating your issue" over the weekend or out of hours. But Kualo has real genuine 24/7 prompt and great support and they got my essential software installed and working. I am really happy with Kualo They are amazing. No problem is too small for them to bother with. The support is amazing. Their prices are reasonable too.
