I have been in this web business for a long long time. It has almost been 15 years and I have experienced all kind of good and bad customer support. For a company like server99s, I can finally say they meet my expectations. For a small team and medium scale company, they are top notch. I have tried big dogs like godaddy, hostinger and 000webhost but nobody comes close with their exceptional service. Most companies care about selling their products and POOF! they don't care anymore. These server 99s guys keep in touch with me, the hell, the even remembered my birthday. At this scale, a few more dollars do not matter when you get this kind of service. It is like grabbing a great meal at a fancy french restaurant. They know how to deal with their customers and give the best service whatsoever. I do not write this much for any company usually but I think they deserve it.

You could add custom ISO and other features. Most of the people use Ubuntu, Kali, Red hat. My company needs Devuan. Hope you add that too. Service is great, pricing is nice, overall i'd say really good.
