I use Nexcess for my Clients' managed Wordpress Hossting. Their platform and features are top notch and their support is excellent. There people are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Nexcess is currently blocking our CDN provider, KeyCDN, and has been for nearly a full month. When we first noticed the issue, the technician investigating it said they weren't blocking any of those IP addresses. We spent 5 days going back and forth between Nexcess and KeyCDN trying to figure out why our site was having issues. Turns out Nexcess WAS blocking KeyCDN IP addresses and the support tech didn't understand IP addresses. Now we've been waiting on their SysOps team for an additional 2 weeks and we are still unable to use our CDN. Absolutely unacceptable support for what we are paying.

It took weeks for Nexcess to solve the problem as they continued to blame the CDN for the issue. Finally they realized they were blocking the CDN and the upper level devs still took weeks to get that unblocked. But our site had major issues for days and cost us sales. When I asked about getting our downtime comp'd, I was pointed towards Nexcess policy that as long as your servers are up you don't give credit for downtime even if your own systems are the cause. So at this point we have picked a new provider and are in the process of launching a new website with them. No apologies and no attempt to make it right. Very poor hosting provider.
I've been using Nexcess for our business site for 14 months now and have been nothing but happy with my site performance. We've had no downtime, super-fast speeds, and great support. We moved from Bluehost and could immediately see the difference in speed & security. I love how they auto-update our plugins but check them first to make sure there are no issues.
if you are used to proper service providers, you will be hugely dissapointed
we could not even log a support ticket and we tried service for one whole month. out of world experience. disappointed that we really fell for their marketing and reviews. even more, disappointed they appear to be connected to the liquid web somehow. if they were not, we would not touch them.

Nexcess have not proper legal team to validate any DMCA. They are disable my 2 live website and say remove it from our hosting company my website goes disable by nexcess.
If i submit Fake DMCA to any big brand which host on Nexcess without checking Nexcess will be disable your website

Our contractual experience was not good with nexcess. They should not automatically charge a service that has been stopped. We request the transfer of hosting in September to another platform. We were notified that everything was transferred successfully. We called the company, paid the month of September in October and suspended the service. The surprise that they charged the following 3 months in the bank's automatic, and when we found out we asked for the return of the undue payment and the answer was, I'm sorry but we will not return it because there is no proof that you requested suspension and switching servers does not mean that you suspended the services. What? Poor response to a customer. When we transferred our website to this company, the previous server WP Engine was excellent customer service and everything was easy, without undue charges or difficulties
When asked to recover an old site, they overwrote the LIVE SITE.
Earlier this week we reached out to their support to recover an old version of a website to a new staging platform. We made it very clear that we did not want this iteration on our live site (We even specified EXACT IP ADRESSES). Without question or clarification, they overwrote our live site. We are working with a VIP client, and have been working tirelessly to process revisions and finish this site. Our reputation is on the line over a hasty decision made by a support rep. If you can't provide proper site recovery/migration, don't offer it at all, PERIOD. We do not have time or money to continue being held accountable for mistakes made by flaky support reps, and the remnants of the Liquid Web buyout.
I have seen many postive feedback about Nexcess, but the support is very very poort. They average replying time is 2 days, how can store owner trust with such a slow support.
