I've been since one year on novogara aka ecatel. Never had any outages or any issues with them.
Paid with bitcoin and got my Server in 2 hours. They answered to my tickets every business hours.
Th...Daha Fazlaey fully ignore DMCA reports or even other reports.
They dont care what you are hosting unless you dont add their IP's to the blacklists.
If you need dmca ignored hosting, then choose novogara.
Netherlands and Seychelles best combination you can have.
Be aware, they dont have fullspeed uplinks on their dedicated server.
