Non seulement PlanetHoster est un excellent fournisseur d'accès Internet, mais son support est plus qu'excellent.
Réactif et dépassant son propre domaine de responsabilité.
Ils viennent juste de m'aider à mettre au point la mise à niveau vers Moodle 4.2, ce qui impliquait pas mal de difficultés.
Nécessité de passer à php 8.0 et d'installer une version bêta du service XMLRPC qu'ils ont dû tweaker car il n'est plus natif à PHP 8.0 mais nécessaire à la mise à jour de Moodle.
Et ainsi de suite..des conseils sur la mise à jour de MariaDB, etc..
Quelques heures d'échanges avec des techniciens niveau 1, 2 et 3.

Je ne suis pas un pro , j'arrive néanmoins à gérer un site, en cas de question le service technique est compétent et très rapide, j'ai une satisfaction totale depuis 4000 jours
