We have been with them for 4 years on Business plan and have not looked back. The responses to our queries are quick and we have not had any issues from the host side in the 4 years. Up time has been 100% for us. Any maintenance or updates are done around 1-2am at night. Only issues we had were when we broke something while working on the website. The support people are very knowledgeable and fixed our issues promptly.
Avoid this host provider. I had an inactive service for months and may be years which they deducted fees for, when there was no longer any hosting provided. Now see if they owe up and issue a refund
Hi Peng, As per your ticket we have provided a refund. It's always best to cancel your services when no longer in use as we can't tell when you have finished using them.
