Un gran servicio y siempre atentos
En general es un gran proveedor! Llevo 3 años con ellos y en general muy bien. Veo que muchos hacen reviews sobre su servicio de hosting en el cuál yo comencé pero ahora mismo utilizo su servicio de servidor virtual privado y la calidad es sumamente buena. Sí eres de México seguramente esta empresa está hecha para ti.

Servicio Regular y Atención pésima.
El servicio es regular. Siempre Hay problemas con la conexión y siempre le echan la culpa al cliente. Se comprende que a veces hay fallas; como hoy; 28 de junio de 2020; todo está tirado; incluso su sitio web tuhost.mx Intente contactarme con ellos por todos los medios y no responden. Por lo menos Se espera una disculpa y una explicación; pero ni eso hacen. Al final terminarán echándole la culpa al cliente.

Pues hoy es martes 7 de julio del 2020; y el servicio está tirado; y no hay como comunicarse con ellos. Ya hasta deshabilitaron el Chat en Facebook, porque supongo que se saturaba por las quejas y los reclamos. Ahorrense problemas y contraten Hosting en otro lado.
