I did some research on Voxility and I came across this platform. I haven't heard of them before, I checked their website and I've been contacted by someone from their team right after I created my account.
I have recently started to discuss with Voxility. I'm interested in their co-location services in Telehouse. So far, I am satisfied with their approach. Very friendly and professional.
I work with Voxility for their dedicated servers offerings. They have reasonable pricing and I particularly like that they send me a personalized offer. Their sales rep was very helpful in guiding me to my purchase. I hope they introduce credit card payment soon!
Started working with Voxility a couple of months ago. Their ddos protection comes a little pricy for dedicated servers, but so far I experienced a lot less service interruptions and I got to add some costum ACL rules on top of my setup. Overall they’re doing a good job, good support level.
While I went for hosting with InMotion, I couldn't rely on their anti-DDoS solutions and turned to Voxility for proxy and unlimited DDoS plan. Their customer dashboard doesn't offer the friendliest features but solved every DDoS issue we ever had. I read some pretty good review on other forums as well. It works very well for large volumetric attacks and their support made some custom adjustments when routing showed packet loss. I have service with Voxility since May 2016 in London.

The support staff both technical and account management are absolutely outstanding. The NOC replies to any email within minutes with an answer, not an excuse. Our account manager takes care of our every need in a timely manner and is very professional. We feel that Voxility really appreciates our business and that is reflected by the level of service we have received.
