e i told to downgrade my vps. First they are not providing this thing also even all datacentre and vps company provide this so feature is too down even you did not get self restart and stop button of vps. After that you have to do lots of paper work i give my aadhar card for kyc and they told me its enough after sometime when i told to downgrade they tell that you did not did kyc. So dont give anything your details on whatsapp support. After that they told me to give. I did it again with pan card, mobile number verification, email verification, one consultant told me that you can give your relative document also because i do not have my own pan card when i give them they told me to give tour own. So you can undestand what type of support they give. After that they told me to do video kyc o my god. I will open bank account if i give my document to them this much. So i told to leave it they suspended my vps. Its 100% real i will give you screenshots. And pricing is also so high. And taking about reliability you vps will go down upto 1 hr to 2hr in 24 hrs.
