I've been with Leaseweb for almost 4 yours now and never had any outages on their side. Recently i had my first HDD Failure, and i was afraid it would take a while, because it happend on saturday evening 23:00 and i did not b... Daha uy any additional SLA. But i opened the ticket saturday night.
and the HDD was replaced, hot, without a reboot or downtime. And once i woke up on sunday, my RAID 5 was already rebuilding. Daha Az
