They make it easy to set up databases users and email addresses through their web interface without throwing too many options in your face at once, and it's also easy to co... Absolutely terrible. I have been using Webfaction since 2009. It has slowly gotten worse over time-
I got an alert that there was an issue with my account - I looked into it and it was something well beyond anything I unders... Daha tood and it wasn't even related to any of my web apps, so it really seems to be an issue on their end.
When I asked for help, they told me to hire a web developer to fix it.... It wasn't an issue that was even close to touching one of my websites.
I have office 365 for one of my clients passing through the email and I'm not quite sure how to set that up myself- but as soon as I can figure out how to migrate it to a new host- I am done with webfaction. I can go somewhere else for half of what I pay for webfaction anyway-
Stay Away from webfaction or who they just sold out to. Daha Az
