I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

Daha ng back to the previous one, paying a bit more expensive but I have the standard support. It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I am just a novice mom who wanted to get a server for my 10 year old to play Minecraft with 2 friends. It is advertised with the number of players in the pay structure. I purch... Daha ased the one for 10 people for $60 for the year. Then it said I needed to upgrade it so I spent another $85. Then I got another notification that it needed to be upgraded for another $350. There are no refunds available and the customer service said it mentions RAM requirements (no clue what that is); I was just trying to get a server for less than 10 people. This is an unacceptable experience for me and just wasted money. There should not be any mention of the number of people for each server. It is false advertisement and sneaky. Daha Az |
