Contabo is the Greatest VPS Provider I've Ever Seen
I've been using Contabo for about a year now. Their prices are user-friendly, and they offer really fast servers. The response time from their customer service can take around 11-12 hours, but trust me, you rarely even need to contact them for anything other than billing. In a whole year, I've only had to reach out to their customer service once. The servers might go down for maintenance every 4-5 months for 2-3 hours, but most of the time, they don’t go down at all. Before Contabo, I encountered worse VPS providers with servers shutting down every 1-2 hours. When I switched to Contabo, it was such a relief. I definitely recommend them!
Terrible Support & Unreliable Service – Stay Away!
I had a critical issue with my server’s SSD, which I reported to Contabo on February 13th. Despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to provide any resolution for four days. As a result, I lost clients and suffered financial damages due to their incompetence.
Their support is slow, unresponsive, and completely unhelpful. They claim to care about customer satisfaction, but in reality, they do nothing to fix urgent problems. If you are running a business and rely on uptime, Contabo is a massive risk.
I will never renew my services with this company, and I strongly advise against using Contabo if you value reliability and proper support.

2 yılı aşkın süredir farklı hesaplarım ile contabo VPS hizmetleri kullanıyorum. Performans açısından verdiğim parayı sonuna kadar hak ediyor. Destek alma konusunda biraz sorun yaşadım geçen günlerde. Sorunun sunucu yapılandırmasından kaynaklı olduğunu anlayıp bunu benim yerime çözdüklerini görünce buradaki olumsuz puanımı değiştirmek istedim. Kendileri bizden kaynaklanan sorunun sebebini söyleyip sorunu çözdüler. Bunun için kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Aylık 300.000 kişiye erişen bazı siteleri barındırıyorum. Kendilerine tekrar ve tekrar teşekkür ederim. Türk arkadaşlar okuyor ise bloğumuzu bilenler var ise kendileri ile çalışmalarını tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Contabo.

Kayıt olurken şirket mailimi yazdım ve ip blacklistee olduğu için bir türlü server bilgilerini alamadım. fax gönderin diyorlar mailele 3 günde bakarı diyorlar saçma sapan birşey daha hizmet almaya başlamadan rezillikler karşılaştık.....

Apparently, you did not receive the login data of your Contabo server after the installation has been finished, due to issues with your provided e-mail address. However, our support team assisted immediately and resolved the problem within shortest time possible, so you were able to access your Contabo customer control panel to create an own server password only two hours after contacting us.
Since we had to change the e-mail address you have added during the ordering process to resolve faced situation, it was indispensable to verify your person. We kindly ask for your understanding that such adjustments are really critical and we have to be sure that our customer is requesting the e-mail address change, to protect them from possible fraudulent activities through unauthorized third parties. This is why the connected procedure is bureaucratic somehow, but also necessary.
Unfortunately, we have never received your feedback to our queries if the problem is solved from your end or whether there is anything else we can do for you. Should you still encounter issues, we kindly ask you once again to get back to our last e-mail we wrote in this regard. Your feedback would be appreciated anyway and we would be pleased to receive a chance to rectify the bad impression you still seem to have of us. 2 yıldır 10+ sunucu ile çalışıyorum. Gece yarısı mail atıp sabah kalktığınızda kapatılan sunucu için 30 EUR açma parası istiyorlar. Google reklamı verip sunucunuz çok trafik alırsa "saldırı aldınız" hikayesiyle sunucuyu 12 saat kapalı tutuyorlar. Banka havalesinin masraflarını ödemenize rağmen ekstra 40 EUR kesinti yapıyorlar ve bankanın kestiğini iddia ediyorlar. Bankanın dekontunu görmek istedik ama kurumsal politika falan hikaye anlattılar.

For contabo: You give many Google ads in Turkey and if I write vps, contabo is at the top. You spend so much money, and as you do not explain this case clearly, I am sure you lose many many customers from Turkey just because of this comment and your strange answer. Please explain this case well or get this comment deleted or get people from Turkey put their positive experiences.
For Tugrul: Why don't you write in English, there are translators so everybody could understand what happened.
