When your websites are active projects and client sites, every minute of downtime means lost revenue and damaged reputation. What makes it worse is the lack of real support. There is no proper live support where you can talk to a responsible technical staff member. You are mostly redirected to AI responses, which is extremely frustrating during a critical outage. Before switching, I kept hearing how “great” and “fast” Hostinger is. In reality, my experience has been the opposite. Marketing promises are strong, but when a serious issue happens, the support and communication feel very weak. At the very least, customers deserve transparency, clear communication, and a proper incident report. I hope they seriously improve their infrastructure stability and real human support system.
