Lost at least a week's worth of data (weekly backup system) from all of this, and their department refused to take responsibility for this error. I at least wanted some form of a refund (Their TOS states that I can claim $50 for data loss), but this company has refused to help in any shape or form. Can't get that $50. Can''t even get the $20.33 I paid for hosting for this month, given that it was only used for like a week before they did all of this. Did I mention that they quickly resorted to completely ignoring my support ticket that I had open while all of this was going on? They just keep changing the status from "Customer-Reply" to "Answered," even though they didn't respond to me. These are crooks hiding behind a LLC. Avoid at all costs.
